News at City Union Mission

Thank you Kansas City Baptist Temple

On Sunday, February 7th , 30 men from the Kansas City Baptist Temple (KCBT) Men's Ministry along with 3 young adults came to the Men's Shelter to host a party for our guests. They blessed over 250 men with a beautiful layout of sandwiches, drinks, cookies, potato salad and baked beans. They enjoyed the game with the men on a Big Screen. During half time, Dale Moline, Discipleship Pastor from KCBT preached a special message to all the men in attendance.

The Mission has been restoring hope to Kansas City's poor and homeless for over 82 years. Last year, City Union Mission provided almost 292,000 meals for the hungry and over 127,000 beds for the weary.
