"My previous experience includes working with the San Diego Rescue Mission, located in Southern California. Both my husband and I served on staff. I managed an emergency crisis shelter for women and children, while my husband served as chaplain for the men’s recovery program. My husband and I are both committed to the work of the ministry."

"In 2004 we believed God called us out of California and to the Midwest. Shortly after our arrival the Lord blessed us with the wonderful news that we were having a baby. For the past 3 years I have been enjoying the ministry of motherhood with our son. However, the burden that God placed on me for the poor, broken, and addicted continued to tug upon my heart. I am so pleased for the open door to serve here at City Union Mission."

"My family and I reside in Lawrence, Kansas. We are members of Victory Bible Church where my husband serves as Youth Pastor and leads worship while continuing with his seminary studies. I look forward to getting to know you and serving with you at City Union Mission!"
